Are there per-member fees?
No. You pay for the licence. Members, bookings and classes are unlimited.
How does the free trial work?
Start the trial, download the plugin and install it on your site. You get every feature for 14 days. No card needed, and nothing is charged unless you buy a plan.
What do I need to run it?
A WordPress site with WooCommerce, running WordPress 6.0 or later and PHP 8.0 or later. Stripe is optional, for recurring payments.
How do members pay?
Recurring memberships go through Stripe. One-off payments can use any WooCommerce payment method. Cash payments can be logged by hand.
What happens if I stop paying?
The Club Manager admin shows a page asking for a licence and updates stop. Members can still sign up, book, pay and check in, and all your data stays on your site. A lifetime licence never runs out.
