Most club booking software charges every month, and the price climbs as you sign more members. Here’s what a club with around 150 members pays over three years, using each company’s own published prices.

Competitor prices are their published starting prices in US dollars, checked on 2 October 2026, before card fees. Glofox and Mindbody don’t publish prices for every plan, and Mindbody’s published price is for the US. Club Manager Pro is also £29.99 a month if you’d rather not pay up front. Prices change, so check before you decide.
what the price list doesn’t say
growing costs more
TeamUp prices by active customer, so a good month puts your bill up, and the bigger plans elsewhere cost more too. A Club Manager Pro licence is the same price at 50 members or 500.
card fees
Everyone pays card fees. Club Manager Pro takes payments through your own Stripe account, so you pay Stripe’s rates and nothing on top.
whose members are they?
On a hosted platform, your member list lives on their servers and leaving means exporting and starting again. Club Manager Pro keeps it all on your own website.
the fair bit
The hosted platforms do things Club Manager Pro doesn’t. They run the servers for you, they have their own phone apps, and they have support teams. Club Manager Pro runs on your WordPress site, so you need one, with WooCommerce and decent hosting, and someone to keep it updated. It works on phones in the browser, with no app to download.
