Members join, book and pay on your own website. Your member list stays on your site, not someone else’s server.

Payments go through your own Stripe account. You pay Stripe’s rates and nothing on top.

Glofox is fully hosted, so there’s nothing to install or update, and it has its own member app and a support team.
Club Manager Pro runs on WordPress, so you need a WordPress site with WooCommerce and someone to keep it updated. It works on phones in the browser rather than through an app.

1. try it
Start the 14-day free trial on your site. No card needed.
2. set up your club
Add your plans, prices and timetable. Classes repeat on their own.
3. invite your members
Members join on your site and add their card there. Saved cards usually can’t move between systems, so give people a few weeks.
4. switch off the old one
Once everyone’s moved, cancel Glofox. Check your contract’s notice period first.

Is Club Manager Pro cheaper than Glofox?
For most clubs, yes, and the gap grows each year. The table above uses Glofox’s published prices. Your own quote may differ.
Can I move my members’ card details?
Usually not. Saved cards stay with the old payment system, so members add their card again when they join on your site.
Do I need WordPress?
Yes, with WooCommerce. If that’s not your thing, I can set it up and look after it.
