PostHog shows you what people do on your site: where they come from, what they click, where they give up, and who books or buys. Most sites install it, see a wall of numbers and never look again. I set it up around the questions you actually have.
- A PostHog account in your name, on their EU servers

What does it cost?
It depends on what you need, so it’s quoted. You get a fixed price before anything starts, and the first chat is free.
Do I still pay for the software?
For Club Manager Pro, yes: the licence is separate, and you can pay monthly, yearly or once. PostHog is free for most small sites. If you go past their free tier, you pay PostHog directly.
Will you need access to my site?
Yes, an admin login while I work. You can remove it when we’re done, or keep it if you want me to look after things.
Who owns it all?
You do. Accounts, data and licences are in your name from the start.
Can you look after it afterwards?
Yes. Ask about hosting and support when we talk.
